FrostLine installed a full ducted system in our 4-bedroom home. The team was professional, clean and finished ahead of schedule. Our energy bills have dropped significantly and the house is perfectly comfortable year-round. Marcus took the time to explain all our options before the quote — no pressure whatsoever.
Had an emergency breakdown on the hottest day of the year — 42 degrees. Called FrostLine at 9pm and a technician was at my door by 10:30pm. Fixed it on the spot. Absolutely phenomenal service. Since then I've moved all four of our commercial properties to their maintenance plan.
We needed a commercial refrigeration system for our restaurant. FrostLine provided a detailed quote within 24 hours, completed the install over a weekend to minimise disruption to our business, and the system has run flawlessly for 8 months. Fair pricing, excellent communication throughout.

On FrostLine's annual maintenance plan for all 4 units at our property. The technician Dean is thorough, always on time, and gives a full written report. Since starting the plan, our systems run noticeably more efficiently and we haven't had a single breakdown. Worth every cent.

Hired FrostLine for our 600sqm gym. They installed a high-capacity system that keeps the space at the perfect temperature even during peak hours. Communication was excellent throughout, installation was done over a single weekend to avoid disrupting our members. Five stars.
Very happy with the installation. Neat and tidy work, great advice on the right sized unit for my lounge room. Took about 3 hours total. Slight delay on the scheduled arrival time but they called ahead to let me know. Would definitely use again.
